Your local guide is your first point of contact for anything that happens mid-tour, from a flat tyre to feeling unwell. They're trained to pause the group, assist you, and call for medical help if it's ever needed.

Every guest signs a liability waiver before the tour for exactly this reason — it covers the ride and keeps everyone clear on how responsibility works between you, the local operator, and us.
