1. What are cookies?

2. The categories we use
Necessary. Required for the site to work. This includes remembering your cookie choice (Cookiebot) and completing a secure booking and payment (Stripe). These cookies stay on. You cannot switch them off in the banner. Preferences. Remember choices such as language or region. They are used only if you allow them. Statistics. Help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager load only after you allow Statistics. Marketing. Used to measure ads and show relevant content. The Meta Pixel and the Brevo newsletter script load only after you allow Marketing. The Trustindex reviews widget loads when you scroll to a section that displays reviews.
3. How you choose
On your first visit, a banner offers Deny, Customize, and Allow all. Deny keeps Necessary cookies only. Allow all turns on Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing. Customize lets you switch those three categories on or off and save that selection. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the website footer, which reopens the same banner. You can also block cookies in your browser. If you block Necessary cookies, sign-in and checkout may stop working.
4. Legal basis
Necessary cookies are used so we can run a secure site and perform the booking you request (Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Consent is not required for these. Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.
5. How long cookies last
Some cookies last only for your visit and are deleted when you close the browser. Others stay until they expire or you delete them. Your consent choice is stored until it expires or you change it.
