Is free cancellation really free?

Yes — genuinely free, no fine print. Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour and you'll get every euro back, automatically, with no cancellation fee deducted anywhere along the way.

The only time it isn't free is if you cancel less than 24 hours out, or don't show up — at that point, your local guide has already held that slot for you and can no longer resell it. If you'd like more breathing room, the Weather Insurance add-on extends your free window to 10 hours before departure.
