What if I have a health condition or physical limitation?

If you have a health condition, injury, or physical limitation that might affect your ability to ride safely, tell us before you book so we can flag it to your local guide in advance. Guests are expected to be in suitable physical condition for the tour they've chosen, and where a guide reasonably believes, on the day, that someone can't safely take part, that person may be excluded from the tour. As with any safety exclusion, no refund applies in that case — so it's genuinely worth checking with us beforehand if you're at all unsure.
