You pay Explore on Bike (BGP Noleggio Srl) directly and securely at checkout — never the local guide or operator on the day. We act as the merchant of record: we handle payment, invoicing, and refunds while the local partner runs the tour.

On operator-confirmed tours, you may see a temporary authorization on your card before the final charge. That hold is placed by us, not the guide. If anything looks wrong, contact us — not the guide — with your booking reference.
